DOMOV Slovakia, a.s. is a stable partner on the Slovak construction market. Over 20 years of experience in the Angolan market, where the company focuses on the construction of single-family homes. The long-standing preparations for the signing of the Aqua para todos project with the Angolan government—funded by the World Bank and carried out by the subsidiary Casa Slovakia, based in Luanda—are currently being finalized.We are the exclusive manufacturer and owner of the rights to the PANTER prefabricated building system. Our philosophy is based on the triangle: speed of construction - low energy consumption - affordable price. Thanks to our own know-how and design capacities, we are able to implement complex residential zones, from the initial study to the final approval, whether it is a family house, terraced housing or apartment buildings, industrial warehouses and complexes.

An apartment building on Nitrianska Street in the Vlčince neighborhood of Žilina. The new building features a bold, striking element: a southwest facade with a perfect illusion of wood cladding, created using mineral plaster applied with a silicone stencil. It was the first facade of this type built in Central and Eastern Europe and to this day forms the unmistakable visual identity of the entire project.
Each of the 23 apartments—ranging in size from 55 to 80 m²—features a balcony, loggia, or terrace, a basement storage unit, and a connection to individual heat metering from the new heat exchange station located directly in the building. The total usable area of the project, including 39 parking spaces, is 2,455.64 m².
